What makes STRIVE different from other fitness programs?

STRIVE goes beyond traditional fitness by focusing on holistic wellness. We combine cutting-edge technology (like our InBody machine for body composition analysis), personalized nutrition plans through our wellness app, weekly check-ins with our team, and a strong community focus. Our 6-week class rotations keep workouts engaging, and our comprehensive approach addresses both physical and mental well-being.

How does the STRIVE Wellness App work?

Our STRIVE Wellness App provides personalized nutrition plans tailored to your goals and preferences. It tracks your progress, offers meal suggestions, and helps you stay accountable to your health journey. The app syncs with your weekly check-ins, allowing our team to provide real-time guidance and adjustments to your nutrition plan based on your progress and feedback.

What is the InBody machine and how often should I use it?

The InBody machine uses advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to provide detailed insights into your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat percentage, and water distribution. We recommend using it every 2-4 weeks to track your progress accurately. This data helps us adjust your training and nutrition plans to ensure you're achieving optimal results.

What types of community events do you offer?

We host a variety of community events including team hikes, fitness competitions, Hyrox events, and family fun days. These events are designed to build lasting friendships, foster a supportive community, and provide opportunities to challenge yourself in a fun, social environment. Our community events are open to all members and often include partners and families.

How do the 6-week class rotations work?

To keep your workouts engaging and prevent plateaus, we rotate our class offerings every 6 weeks. This includes Mixed Modal, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, and Hyrox classes. Each rotation introduces new exercises, techniques, and challenges while maintaining the core principles of each discipline. This approach ensures continuous progress and keeps your fitness journey exciting and varied.
